Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • ½ Cup Protein Powder
  • In case of better flavor use Chocolate or vanilla
  • 1 / 2 tbsp Maple syrup Optional
  • As per need Milk Optional

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl, and pour Greek yogurt and protein powder together.
  • Combine them with the help of a whisk or spoon.
  • Stir until the mixture comes to a pudding texture.
  • If the mixture gets too thick, you can add milk to thin it.
  • You can also add maple syrup to adjust the sweetness. This part is optional.
  • Finally, it’s ready to serve. Enjoy it.
