  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk or Spoon
  • Measuring Cups and Spoons
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Parchment Paper (Optional)

Ingredients

  • Bread
  • Condensed milk
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Spices
  • Butter

Instructions

  • Firstly, cube the bread pieces. Then, measure out condensed milk according to your needs. After that, crack eggs into a bowl and beat lightly. Meanwhile, heat milk briefly until warm. Lastly, lay out spices and butter.
  • Whisk eggs, condensed milk, and warm milk in a large bowl. Add spices and whisk to combine those. Add bread cubes and fold gently until coated evenly.
  • Next, Butter the bottom and sides of the baking dish. You can line the pan with parchment paper too.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread into an even layer. Bake at 350°F for 40-50 minutes. Don’t forget to test the center with a knife. The pudding is done when the knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the pudding cool for 15 minutes after baking. Drizzle with caramel or chocolate sauce for added flavor. Dish into bowls or slice if baked in the loaf pan.
