Ingredients
  

  • 1.5-2 pounds  Beef rib Fingers
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • As per need  Salt
  • As per need Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • ½ tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • You need to preheat your grill to medium to high heat.
  • After preheating, place your meat on that grill. Grill the rib fingers for about 7 minutes each. Flip once and grill both sides properly until they turn nicely brown.
  • Now take a small bowl. Softened butter with minced garlic, chopped thyme, rosemary, and lemon juice in it. Still the mixture gently.
  • Remove the rib fingers from the grill. While resting, spread the herb butter mix on the meat. Let the butter melt and absorb it into the meat.
  • Slice the grilled beef rib fingers against the grain. Have it immediately to feel the tender, spicy, fresh, buttery herb flavor of grilled beef rib fingers.
