- 1.5-2 pounds Beef rib Fingers
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- As per need Salt
- As per need Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Thyme
- 1 tbsp Rosemary
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- ½ tbsp Lemon juice
You need to preheat your grill to medium to high heat.
After preheating, place your meat on that grill. Grill the rib fingers for about 7 minutes each. Flip once and grill both sides properly until they turn nicely brown.
Now take a small bowl. Softened butter with minced garlic, chopped thyme, rosemary, and lemon juice in it. Still the mixture gently.
