Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Fresh Noodles: You can also use instant noodles of any brand in the same amount.
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil: Extra-virgin olive oil is the best option.
  • 3 cloves Garlic: Pounded garlic cloves will bring out a better taste. Do not mince it!
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter: Make sure to use unsalted butter as you will get the salty taste from other spices too.
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Powder: The more the better! It will enhance the garlic flavor.
  • 2 ½ tsp Oyster Sauce: A secret ingredient to the recipe that will both enrich the consistency and the flavor.
  • 5 tsp Grated Parmesan Cheese: The best idea is to grate the cheese yourself. Premade cheese might have some preservatives coated on it.

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Cook Noodles - After rinsing the noodles properly with cold water, heat some water in a boiler. When you see the bubbles coming out, toss the rinsed noodles and bring them to a boil.
  • Step 2: Bringing the Garlic in Action - Setting the noodles aside, it’s time to add the main ingredient to a pan. Saute the pounded garlic cloves with olive oil. Keep the heat at medium. You don't want to burn up the garlic and ruin your day. Do not apply too much heat to maintain the proper garlic infusion.
  • Step 3: Ditch the Garlic - Now that the flavor has come out, toss out the garlic. You do not need the garlic anymore. Add the unsalted butter and turn the heat to low. Wait for an enriched buttery smell to come out.
  • Step 4: Add in the Spices - After that, add the rest of the spices: the chicken bouillon powder, garlic powder, and oyster sauce. Keep stirring while you add the items and avoid any kind of lumps forming.
  • Step 5: Mix Them Up - Once your garlic mix is prepared, mix the garlic sauce with the noodles. Be sure to take some time to cool it down. Once it reaches room temperature, you can enjoy your meal! Yes, I can see you drooling already
