Instructions
Preheating is an essential first step to ensure the toaster oven is fully heated before baking. Set the temperature to 350°F.
Line your baking pan with foil and lightly coat it with non-stick cooking spray. This prevents sticking.
In a mixing bowl, combine the wet and dry ingredients. Mix just until a dough forms. It will look loose and crumbly.
Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to scoop balls of dough. Gently roll into balls and coat with sugar.
Use a fork to make a criss-cross pattern on top of each cookie for decoration.
Bake at 350°F for around 8 minutes until lightly browned on the edges.
Allow cookies to cool slightly before enjoying your warm, freshly baked toaster oven treats!
